The Elm Middle School girls soccer program features a single team that incorporates 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Practice begins in March, followed by a season that spans April and early May.

The season culminates in a tournament that determines the LNAC champion. 

The Cougars have won two of the last three conference titles, going 10-0-1 in 2025 and 10-0 in 2023. The team also reached the LNAC championship game in 2024, finishing as conference runner-up.

Students from all three grades are eligible to try out. Prospective team members who participated in a fall or winter sport do not need to submit a new pre-participation physical exam form or a new concussion information sheet if they want to play a spring sport.

Elm's home games are played at Elmwood Park High School, 8201 W. Fullerton Ave., Elmwood Park. Regular-season games begin at 4 p.m. Directions to other LNAC schools are available at this link.

Did Someone Say "Undefeated Champs"?

Yes we did! At the risk of repeating ourselves, in 2025 the Cougars went 10-0-1 and brought home the LNAC trophy. In 2023 the Elm girls put together a perfect season en route to winning the LNAC championship. The Cougars finished 10-0 overall and outscored their opponents 51-3. Go Cougars!
