Elm Middle School's girls basketball program features two separate teams: a 6th/7th-grade team and an 8th-grade team. Students must try out for their respective squads.

Practice begins in January, followed by a season that spans February and March. The season culminates in a tournament that determines the LNAC champions for 6th/7th grade and 8th grade.

Students who participated in a fall sport do not need to submit a new pre-participation physical exam form or a new concussion information sheet if they want to play a winter sport.

Our home games are played at Elm Middle School, 7606 W. Cortland St., Elmwood Park. Regular-season games begin at 4 p.m. Directions to other LNAC schools are available at this link.

Livestreams of Cougar Home Games

There are no plans to livestream Cougar home games during the 2025 season. If this should change, we will provide livestream links on this page.
