Elm Middle School participates in the 10-school Leyden­-Norwood Athletic Conference (LNAC).

LNAC serves the communities of Elmwood Park, Franklin Park, Harwood Heights, Melrose Park, Norridge, River Grove, Rosemont and Schiller Park.

The conference's member schools feed into the following public high schools: Elmwood Park, Leyden, Maine South and Ridgewood.

Conference Sports

LNAC members compete in basketball, cross country, soccer, softball and volleyball, with boys and girls teams in each sport. The conference also sponsors cheerleading and scholastic bowl activities. Mr. Matthew Jeske serves as director.
